FSFI, Fonds Stratégique France-Inde, is a France-India aerospace industrial advisory initiative. Through this website, FSFI presents advisory work, market insight and industrial partnership support relating to the French aerospace sector and its expansion into India.

FSFI is an initiative aiming at setting up a fund dedicated to supporting the industrialisation and expansion of French aerospace companies in India. The fund structuring process and the related authorisation process are under study.

No fund vehicle has been incorporated, no fund has been authorised or registered, no offering document exists and no capital has been raised or committed. The envisaged financing architecture, its legal form, its jurisdiction of establishment, its intended regulatory classification and its distribution arrangements remain under design and may be modified or abandoned at any time.

The establishment, authorisation and operation of any future fund would be subject to the applicable regulatory approval processes, which may include authorisation by the AMF in France and, as applicable, authorisation or registration with the competent authorities in India, such as the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) or the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). There can be no assurance that any such approval will be sought, obtained or granted, nor of its timing or scope.
