2. What FSFI is, and who provides services
- FSFI
- Fonds Stratégique France Inde (FSFI) is the name of an initiative. It is not, at this date, an incorporated legal entity, a management company or an operational fund, in France or in India.
- Advisory services today
- Any advisory services referred to on this website are contracted and provided solely by the legal entity named in each engagement agreement. No service is provided by "FSFI" as such.
- Mésitès Capital (France)
- Carries the FSFI initiative and publishes this website. Mésitès Capital is a French SAS registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register (RCS Paris 937 988 301), whose corporate purpose includes investment advisory and related consulting services. It is not, at this date, authorised as an investment services provider or portfolio management company by the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) or the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution (ACPR).
The references to Paris, Toulouse and Bangalore describe the geographic scope of the initiative and do not indicate that an FSFI entity is established in these locations.
